At Zero4, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-cut or made-to-order products
- Opened packages of screws, fasteners, or other small hardware items
- Products that have been used or installed
- Hazardous materials or chemicals
- Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"
How to Return an Item

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include your RAN and receipt in the package
- Ship the item to our returns center (address will be provided)
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at returns@zero4.co.zw. We'll send you a replacement as soon as we receive your returned item.
