Full Refund Guarantee

We offer a full refund for eligible returns within 30 days of purchase.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The product is in its original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and accessories are included
  • You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • The item is not on our non-refundable list

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use or damage not caused by our error
  • Returns made after 30 days but within 60 days of delivery (50% refund)
  • Items returned without original packaging (20% restocking fee)
  • Bulk orders with partial usage (refund for unused portion only)

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom-made or special order products
  • Opened packages of consumables (screws, nails, adhesives)
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Items purchased more than 60 days ago

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We may request that you return the defective item for inspection.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed according to the following timeline:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
  • Approval notification: Within 24 hours of inspection
  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank/card credit: 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method with your approval.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.
